What we collect and why

• Contact and partnership forms. When you contact us, submit your brand or apply to become a partner, we process your name, email address, the department you choose and your message. We use this to answer you and to evaluate your proposal. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling inquiries and business opportunities.
• Press release sign-up. If you sign up for press and investor news, we process your email address to send you our press releases. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
• Email and phone contact. If you contact our management, press or investor relations directly, we process the information you share with us to handle your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Technical data. Our web server logs technical information such as IP address, browser type and time of visit to keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Inquiries are kept while we handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up. Sign-up data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are deleted on a rolling basis. We may keep data longer where required by law, for example under accounting rules.

Who we share data with

We use suppliers for hosting, IT and the distribution of press releases. They process data on our behalf and under agreements that protect your data. We do not sell personal data. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Third-party content
